Assist Travel Support
We provide support and services to help individuals with disabilities access transportation for various purposes, including work, medical appointments, and recreational activities.
Community Nursing
We provide community nurses to visit people at home. They are able to discuss what you need and develop a health plan with you. Some of the things nurses can help with are: wound care, managing health problems such as diabetes, managing your medicines and bladder or bowel problems.
Daily Living Life Skills
We focus on providing essential life skills development support to individuals with disabilities. These services are designed to enhance independence, well-being, and community participation.
Daily Personal Activities
We provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities to help them carry out essential daily personal activities such as grooming, mobility, toileting, and more.
Daily Personal Activities High Intensity
This mostly involves a carer staying at the participant's residency overnight to provide intense services such as cleaning, bathing,and dressing.
Household Tasks
We provide support and services to help individuals with disabilities manage their daily household activities and maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
